The agent, oh god, that helped me. She was so patient, so helpful. She guided me along the way step-by-step; she was wonderful. I don't remember her name, but she was a great help to me this morning, and I appreciate it so much.

The software sucks

Luckily, I checked to see if I got my return yet. I already did all this and filed and you never filed it and now I’m filing late because of it terrible software this is the second time I’ve had to transmit my returns. The first time was on March 10.

Turbo tax was awful, terrible, didn’t work

It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had filing my taxes. It didn’t work and even rejected my return after I completed everything correctly as it instructed me. No one reviewed my return it was completely done using AI and was terrible as well as inaccurate.
