Predatory Billing/Charging

They sneak and lie about what they are charging you. It's so predatory and unclear. You can't get all of your tax credits until you agree to sign up for the deluxe package. Once you sign up for deluxe you are locked in to paying the extra fee for state, but they don't tell you that until it's too late to back out. I'll never use turbotax again. They really take advantage of the fact that most people are overwhelmed by taxes and use it as a cash grab.

TURBOTAX SUCKS

2024 VERSION SUCKS. I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THIS VERSION WOULD NOT LET ME CORRECT ERROR IN QUARTLY TAX PAYMENTS. KEPT GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES. WHEN I FINALLIY GOT TO eFILE IT SAID IT HAD NO INFORMATION ON 2023 FILING BUT LIKE I STATED IF HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS. FINALLY HAD TO PRINT RETURN FOR MAIL FILING. THEN I HAD TO UNDO BANK DRAFT BECAUSE I WOULD BE PAPER FILING.
