Lousy New Version of Turbo Tax

hard to find sections to put info. in
hard to return to what we were working on
difficult to under\stand the many different layers with similar names, but took us to different levels or areas of labyrithine website
Your older versions were so much easier to understand and use easily.
We will not use TurboTax again. You made our work a lot harder with your inferior version. We have been using TurboTax for almost 20 years. Goodby and good ridd!ance!

They trick you into paying before, knowing if you can electronically file your returns although they already know the requirements of the federal and state taxes that could prevent you from filing electronically and be aware that once you paid it’s nonrefundable Even though you never sent or filed your tax return through them

Turbo tax is worth the money they made recommendations on fees did everything my self with turbo tax software it's my first time using TurboTax I highly recommend

Turbo Tax ripped me off over 15$

Being forced to purchase a deluxe package due to a retirement contribution credit of 15$ is criminal. I paid 75 dollars for the product when I was only getting back 17$. Will not be using Turbo Tax again
