Scammers.

I am extremely displeased by the outcome of my filing. I had to pay $121 in fees for TurboTax "Deluxe" edition, solely due to the $24 in retirement fund credits I received. That is nearly my entire state refund, and you have stolen it from me. In all degrees, and in every definition of the word, this is an utter scam.

New layout

I've been using TurboTax for years, and I like the old page-by-page website. It has been changed to where everything is based on one page with up and down arrows, and you're trying to move everything to the right column, and it isn't very clear. I also transmitted my W2 electronically, and the system filled in all the blanks but left #1 (wages) blank and STILL calculated my return. Seems like a small code checking that I actually showed an income would have prevented this.
