Gloria Did Amazing

The app experience was difficult, there seemed to be a lot of bugs that haven’t been there in past years and the prompts and explanations were less clear than in previous years. There was a lot more guesswork involved. I worked with Gloria in customer service to address issues and problems that came up from the bugs and she was extremely helpful and professional. Gloria very kindly stayed on the phone with me through the completion process to make sure I was not charged twice and that I had everything filled out as the app was asking for it.

Easy and Reassuring

I was able to start my tax returns early in the year and add the information from my documents as they arrived. It made me feel like I was staying on top of it and didn't need to worry about keeping everything together and trying to get it done all at once, possibly missing something.

Overall it is easy, bit its bull crap to charge me an extra $40 to allow Turbo Tax to take your payment out of my refund Youre supposed to make it easier, not more difficult.
