Good service but too many ads for upgrades

The service itself is great and easy to use. The amount of pop-ups or asking if you want to upgrade to a more expensive service is the reason I gave a 4 star. It is constant throughout the process and really annoying.

Forced Payments to recevie my return

I like the ease of the site and how it helps me speed thru the filing, but what I dont like is how Im forced to pay over 40 percent of my return to buy the premium service if i want to get any of my tax return, I was given no option to use the free version like I have for the years I have used this service, and will most likely impact my choice to continue using Turbotax in the future

It was pretty easy to get the Tax Return completed, however the constant asking for money and upgrading is ridiculous as well as the fees that are hard to keep track of.

Very easy and intuitive. Every form or thing I had to upload or use had easy explanations to follow and the system gathered all information from PDFs correctly

It’s a 4/5 because there’s a portion that its not clear to me like the 401K and Roth IRA . I don’t have clue if I need to fill in that form . I have a 401K and Roth IRA contributions from my employment I’ts not clear to me If I need to include it.
