Predatory practices and scummy fees

TurboTax never misses an opportunity to fleece its customers. Received unemployment? You have to pay extra. Want to pay with your refund? You have to pay extra. Need support? You'll be paying extra for that. It took me 20 minutes to go through everything and still I owed them $78 for doing absolutely nothing. What a racket.
