Too expensive considering the errors

For the third year in a row, the system neglected to ask for my 1095A info even though i checked the box saying I received one. If I hadn’t backtracked with a search and input it manually, my returns would’ve been rejected. Again.
My returns are simple, I have only two documents to add and still it’s a convoluted mess to get it right. The process is already slow, expensive and irritating, but if you charge hundreds of dollars for filing, it should at least be correct

Filing my taxes with TurboTax each year has saved me a tremendous amount of stress. They make it so easy, and have explanations for anything I might be uncertain about. I don't feel pressured by someone asking me questions that I don't understand. I always am so stressed during this time of year to do my taxes, but then it's never as bad as I anticipate.
