Tricky system when trying to change payment option

I tried charging the payment option myself to avoid paying the $40 fee by no longer paying with my refund instead paying myself, but this system conveniently didn't let me go back and change it or maybe it hard for me to find the option to change it ....so that's frustrating!

Outrageous fees

Outrageous fees!!! You're self service fee is ridiculous. $69 to file fed, $59 to file state and an additional $40 to use your return amount. After all said and done you hardly get anything back. Your system didn't even ask me for all of my forms, so I could have missed out on hundreds of dollars in tax breaks. Your fees are subjective and made up by your corporate overlords to money gouge the poor man.
