This product is a scam but we have no choice but to use it :) their explanations are so bad and at the end they will try to steal as much of your tax return as possible. Make sure to double check everything.

Forced to shell out $109

Been using Turbo Tax for years. This year I was forced to use the deluxe option to continue filing because of some tax credit thing that popped up. I had to give $69 of my return to Turbo Tax, on top of a $40 processing fee that wasn’t brought up until the end. Also it didn’t elaborate on what exactly got in the way to force me to use deluxe. At this point I don’t care what the reason is, I’m using another tax app next year. This is a scummy practice as far as I’m concerned.

This was very difficult to do because of no 1095A. Also what happened to the free verison. Doing taxes for my sonn's girfriend who barely makes an income.
