Previous years were easier to navigate.

It was easier to navigate and return to previous sections in past years. I had to click back all the way through, or close and reopen the app. The price was also far steeper than previous years.

Took $109 of my tax refund because it wasn’t simple taxes? Made me pay the $40 extra for processing. What the heck?? Yeah I think I’m a little angry

The tax service is good; pretty simple to use but they charge you an extra fee every time you turn around and then try to force you to use their other products. I’ll be using something else next year.
