Need $20 back :)

I expected ,y payment to be discounted $20 since I used my Truist debit card after seeing an ad. How can I receive my $20 discount? Thanks

Bad Experience

Terrible experience. Would not verify email and took an hour and a half to resolve. In the end I just had to change my email - which I would have preferred not to do, but I I had to do it, I would have liked to get that information within 10 as opposed to 90.
