Hidden fees

Frustrating. Had to restart several times because site crashed. There were also hidden fees. In the middle of filing was told to purchase an upgrade of $59 to use some deductions. Also had to pay $30 so rebate could be deposited in my account. Then, noticed total charges were $203. Not sure where the other $114 was for. No fee was mentioned.
