The $40 processing fee at the end is a bit steep, and also a bit ridiculous you even have a "third party" processing this fee for you.
We work hard throughout the year for this money and in the end of filing you try to squeeze every little penny out of us-not a fan of that tactic.

Expensive and Sneaky

Process was fine, but pricing was sneaky and surprising at the end. Charging $40 to take the cost from the tax refund is outrageous as well. Also why do you require a nickname for this review, and it has to be totally original? Frustrating

Ridiculous fees

Charge outlandish prices to process documents because I have to file state, federal taxes as well as fees for having a HSA and 401k also the 40 dollar processing fee? Ended up being charged 200 dollars to do my own taxes is crazy.
