Its pretty self explanatory and works well. Compliments to the programmers. It does try to gangster some money from you on several turns and points of the process, but a man must make a buck. There remains the option to downgrade for all times. So its fair.

Exempt from fees then not

I had a notification that I was exempt from the TurboTax fees due to my income and then two pages later it said it was taking those fees regardless.
