Hidden processing fee

I tried to take advantage of filing my taxes before the price increase cutoff of April 1st. However, I was hit with an additional $40 "processing" fee on top of the regular fee I had already agreed to pay. I've been using TurboTax for years and have never had this happen before. This will be the last time I use them.

Too expensive, I may not using TurboTax again next year. Tax Slayer is charging less.
