Turbo Tax Helps You Navigate Taxes Easily

The program was very straightforward and easy to navigate. I liked how you could expand the sections to get more detail if you wanted a more in-depth definition of a term. I did have to call for a little bit of help and the representatives I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. It did take me a bit though to locate the phone number.

Charging Twice for same return

It tried to bill me twice for the same filing. I had to correct my SS number and it was charging my credit card again.
