I was not pleased. Your advertisements and requests that I start my refund were annoying and confusing. I did not get a refund. Ask me once and then at the end if I am interested in add-on products.
This year your program was continually confusing. I just needed to go through the forms and enter the data. I had to log out and then log back in to be able to move forward within the program. I was very disappointed.
