I think it’s ridiculous that I get charged $69.00 for using turbo tax and then another $40.00 for e-file when I know others that don’t get charged anything.

first time user..first time EVER doing my taxes..It has been a nightmare. I had many problems..which was probably my fault..I was one the phone for 1.5 hours the first time..45 minutes the second. Both representatives were great..they knew there stuff..but it just didn't work. I decided to make another account and start from scratch. Had it done and filed within 45 minutes. Thanks for all your help ladies..I mean it!!

You will get hidden charges for everything. 60 dollars to file federal, 60 to file state, 50 to pay with a credit card if you owe any money. Screw this company!
