Forced me to upgrade, locking me out of finishing my taxes and give them my money while they said, “we are a free service.” Strong-arm crap. Doo-doo service use H&R Block.

Turbo Tax is very comprehensive

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years now and it continue to improve every time. Turbo Tax make is very easy step by step and very comprehensive in covering for max deductions and other expenses, and income to give maximum results.

Adds additional fees basically to do Nuthen adding so much money for a 10$ tax credit bc of savings already spent the time working on it so I’m fileing this time but next year I won’t be useing turbo tax after 3 years

Turbo Tax is easy to use and has so many support options/sources available for filers, it makes for a very smooth and understandable filing of your taxes regardless of your tax knowledge and experience. .

Turbo Tax sucks, should just file on my own

Kept asking me to fill out forms I do not have/ need/ dont apply to me. Asked me repeatedly to fill out things I already answered. Kept asking me to E-File but only way I could E-file was if I have already done it in the past... which I have not. Had to go in freaking circles to actually get a copy to print and mail. Cost me freakin $69 to use this even when clicking the cheapest options, I could have gone to someone for that and not have to go through this work and stress.
