Turbotax became greedy

Terrible. Ive used turbo tax for years and never had such a bad experience. I get through the whole process for them to tell me I need to upgrade pay them 80$ because I have an HSA so its not a simple return. Which is fine however I didnt gain any insight pr extra help for paying that. Lose 80$ just to lose it. Plus they charged another 80$ to file my state taxes. What used to be a good service now just wants to upcharge with no added benefit

Platform is more frustrating than it used to be

Website has become really laggy and clunky over the years. Constantly asks for review on things that don't need review. Had to do a refile because the IRS rejected it due to some issue with an EIN or employer name but gave me zero hint whatsoever as to what was actually wrong.
