I was advertised a free and pain-free experience. I paid almost as much as I would have paid for a professional, burned easily 7 hours of my life, and it felt like I was pulling teeth the entire time. There was one roadblock after another.

There were a few glitches with one of the w2's. Just put through a continuous loop without explaining what needed to be filled out.

TurboTax is to expensive

They say it's free but that is not really true. They keep try to get you to upgrade. All in all it is to much money for the service
