I’ve only ever used TurboTax. And have no complaints! Filing is easy, fast and not at all complicated. I use a lower tier currently, and have had no problems!

Full disclosure; this is the first time that I am filing my own taxes at the ripe "young" age of 40! I have always had someone else file my taxes for me. This process was so seamless and Turbo Tax makes this a "fool proof" process!! I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. Moreover, I had to contact Customer Service for a separate issue and the agent that I spoke with was the "cherry on top" of an already pleasant experience!
