Site sucks but not bad comparing others. Said it was free but costed me 119 after I got my taxes back.

Excellent support for its users. Very helpful. Quick to answer questions. I would use Turbo Tax again and again. My accountant TANKED! I started using Turbo Tax and have been very successful and happy with the service they provide. Price is good too!
