Beware of Hidden Fees

App kept crashing. The $40 processing fee is theft. I'm already paying to use your stupid app that Intuit made sure we all have to use. What is the base fee for if it's not covering the processing fee? Lobbying Congress to prevent tax filing from being free as it should be? I love that you sneak it in there after asking ten times if I want to upgade to another package. Do you still charge on top of that too? Corporate greed at it's finest.
