Sneaky TurboTax

I was bamboozled into thinking that my tax filing would be free as a first time TurboTax user. At some point I guess I clicked on some box or checked something that was not free--sneaky. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but it's also disingenuous for Intuit to promote something as free only to later disclose that it's not totally free. Not only was it not free, I was hit with an additional filing fee or something after the fact for a grand total of $119. Otherwise, the process was pretty smooth and easy, but I won't be using it again.

They should add a "just cause we can" fee

They don't tell you how much their products cost until you're at the end of your return and did all of that work.
