still needs help

from doesnt matter
difficult to do your taxes when the paperwork you get doesn't have a state value, or left blank. ended upgoing with xx in the box and that worked. too bad there weren't instructions for that step

keeps reverting to default deluxe package

was fine until i had to pay for the service. I did not mean to pay for the deluxe, but it defaulted to that and I already said no many times but i got charged for it anyway by not catching that it kept reverting to that.
