Turbotax was really quick and easy to use. I had to upgrade because of HSA but that wasn't a big deal since I used to pay much more to an accountant.

Hard for me to read

I have a vision problem and wished for larger and darker letters and numbers on the screen. I had to use a magnifying glass back and forth from my paperwork to monitor.

TurboTax is most definitely irritating

I have the simplest taxes, a single W2. No mortgage, no car payment, no student loans. TurboTax claims it is free, but every time I tried to use it, not opting in for anything special or any help, I was being charged. Got so tired of it and tried to file another way, but couldn't. I was charged over $200. How is that free????
