Quick and easy to file. It took me less than an hour to get my taxes eFiled.

Turbo Tax is now a C+ but it used to be an A-

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It was an A- 5 years ago; you've made it worse.
1. Don't make me go through each step when I return to work on my return
2. Load up last years responses for the recurring questions
3. Don't charge me to process my refund; that used to be in the general cost. Huge problem! Makes you less trustworthy.
4, Bring back the comparison stats versus others in my income bracket and assessment of my risk of being audited.
5. FIRE everyone that contributed to 1 to 4! I'm serious. You're paying incompetent people a lot of money. Stop accepting mediocrity.
6. Why did you ask for my email again to file this? You have it already. File the people that designed this form as well.
