I would give zero stars if it lets me. The app and downloading prior returns was difficult and then forcing you to upgrade to extra services. Not returning right to where you left off is confusing. Not coming back ever.

crappy fees

should have been able to file without paying the extra fees. then when just expecting to pay 79 you are told in final processing an an additional fee is expected. this is my hard earned money and i should be able to file while paying the stupid additional fees 😡😡😡
