Ripped off by Turbo Tax.

I will not be using Turbo Tax next year. Cost too much for filing the short form. Also took longer to complete this year. And every time you go to a different place they are trying to sell you an “upgrade”. I was shocked when I had to pay $35 to file electronically. So it was over a hundred dollars to file my taxes when I did all the work entering the data. Never again.

The App let's you take your time and has helpful instructions. For me that's a plus in getting thru the whole thing. I also like the functionality of it going thru and finding and help fixing the errors if needed. They go outta their way to make it easier and less stressful.

Turbo Tax is Mostly Good

Excellent but it doesn't explain that there will be tax on my credit card payment until processed and it doesn't say how much the fee would be if you choose using the refund to payboTax is Good
