Easy to prepare however it's not free

It's easy to prepare. However it's still not free to prepare the earlier you prepared the more discount you get that's ridiculous if you don't have to have it submitted until the 15th of April

It's a great tool to allow DIY taxes. I am continuously frustrated, however, when the forms ask questions about last year, or prior years', tax info...when I have used Turbo Tax for the past 11 years straight. Sometimes the info is filled in for me, sometimes not...Why would you ask if a received a refund from 2 years ago taxes from a specific city - you did those taxes, too? How do you not know....??
