Nickel and dime you

Too many fees, I don’t need my refund 5 days fast for an additional $35. Also charging me to have my refund sent to my bank. I will more than likely use another service in the future as this is getting too expensive.

Hidden fees

The application process was really good really helpful. However, they have a bunch of hidden fees and charge way too much. They wait to tell you the fee until way after you have done all the work which is very sketchy.

It was suppoused to be free turned into an 80 payment. Then I had to reenter information several different times. Would absolutely not use again.
