Fair but easy to use

It’s is very user friendly and easy to complete, but I had a difficult time trying to sign a few places as the “accept” button was unviewable hidden at the bottom of the page. Also couldn’t review my tax forms for accurate birth date as recommended. Just showed the pdf title

Turbotax isn't customer friendly anymore.

Turbotax is not free anymore and it is very pricey for those that need to file.
