Turbo Tax robbed me.

Made me pay a 83 dollar fee by adding a package that I didn't want and it was very unclear and misleading. It charged me before verifying what the amount was going to be. Will not be using next year.

Sure they’re easy to use, but I don’t know why their deal was in 2024 to charge me $200 dollars to get my refunds. You will be charged for premium even if you don’t use it. Being military won’t change a thing as well. Guess I’ll have to search for a a different company to file with next year.

For seniors, the beginning "verification" was a difficulty, especially the scan info...Took a while - In the past I would have rated Turbo Tax a 5 since the rest of your process was very easy to understand and follow. But this year, with all the verification additions, it was burdensome.
