HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - TOOK 25 MINUTES TO COMPLETE FORMS OVER TWO HOURS TO SUBMIT AND I HAD REDO COMPLETELY DUE TO EMAIL ISSUES... AND MY REFUND WAS 3OO LESS AFTERWARDS - SAME DATA AND WHY????
