It's really annoying how deceptive you are with claiming it's "free" to file, then later on disclosing that filing state taxes costs extra.
Most of the process was painless until toward the end when you asked for "2023 state tax" with no explanation of where this number comes from, so I had to waste 20 min trying to figure out what you were asking for.

Great experience this year. overall very satisfied with the software functionality.
