There is a way Turbo Tax compels users to pay huge amounts of money for using their services, even if you qualify for free filing. I was charged $79 for Deluxe Service, thinking it covers everything, only to find out it's for federal returns only, and had to pay an additional $64 to file State returns. And as if that wasn't enough, if you decide to pay from your refund it costs another $40 extra. I am done with Turbo Tax.

Easy to follow instructions with clear explanations. Easy to stop and restart as many times as necessary, very important for busy, often interrupted parents, professionals, homemakers, and caregivers.
