Efficient for me, but at a cost

Quick and Easy. I stick with what I know. My first experience a few years ago was pleasant so I now stay the course. My only complaint was a marketing offer a few years ago that was not clear and I did not get the indicated discount.

Don’t use, they will steal your tax return.

Use a different service, how they get their money is they f you over and steal peoples tax return money by forcing you to use a paid version of their service and then it’s too late and they make you take it out of your tax return. Very Greedy and Scummy company activities.
