Extra Charges at the End

You guys charged me a ton of extra stuff at the very end and it kind of caught me off guard. But otherwise I think the tool is intuitive. It also wasn't explained why I couldn't pay my Iowa state taxes through your portal, which I've always done in the past. This time using turbotax just was a bit more frustrating and inconsistent with information. I still recommend the service to others, I just don't know what happened.

Turbo Tax makes it easy

I pretty straight forward, I use to get my taxes done for me when child credit was so complicated. But the walk through on Turbo Tax makes the process easy and I feel confident in filing without making mistakes.

A reminder that Intuit lobbyists are the only reason we have to do this crap every year. The government knows all this already and instead takes pride in sending people who don't have their info right to jail.
