Well you made me pay $49 because I have an HSA, which is absurd. There were no extra savings or reason behind it. Then you try to sneak an extra $40 if you take it out of the tax refund....also absurd. You have gone down hill with out providing anything extra!

Efficient and foolproof. Turbotax takes all the guesswork out, and makes a generally overwhelming process easy to complete

TurboTax, you've changed

This used to have ACTUAL free options. Now you charge for every little thing. When I was active duty you did not charge me for processing my refund or deposits. Now that I'm a veteran that changes? Very disappointing. Also having to jump through hoops to file at the end was very annoying. The process itself was still easy but sad that things have changed this much.
