They made me pay 118 dollars to submit my tax return and I got less then 100 dollars back. terrible app I do not recommend and they need to shut this sht down.

2024 Turbo Tax was, not so "Turbo" Tax.

This year's version I found was not as easy to follow or understand as previous versions. Even clicking on the links to get more info did not clarify much. Luckily, the TurboTax Expert I spoke with was able to see my confusion and was very helpful. There were even duplicated questions. I live in CT but work in RI. So, while filing my resident state form (CT), the questions was "how much of the $XX,XXX income was while I was a RESIDENT of Rhode Island?" Is it a typo for CT vice RI and I should put all of it, or is it a typo for Non-Resident RI, in which case it doesn't matter it's $0? We'll see if I get audited, I guess....
