Not worth it

TurboTax used to be the prom queen (so-to-speak) of the DIY taxes game. Now it's just another profit-driven entity that "cares" for their customers --and by 'customers' I mean their shareholders and investors. If they really did still care about the individual tax payer, there would be more in common between the different "plans" they offer. This is most likely the last year I will be turbotaxing. It's not affordable anymore because they're more concerned with making their C-Suite bucks, than living up to the reputation they (used to) have.

You guys charged me for premium, but refused to show me what the premium credit was. Your instructions for the most part are unclear, and it took my partner who works in HR and Finance to look it over and read it, giving her a hard time too.
