easy, kept going back to crypto and stock entry after I already entered the info instead of moving forward. Also it is way too expensive. use fileyourtaxes.com instead.

MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY

119 dollars paid to file. Why is there a charge for everything. Every single page gave me another question about switching to max for an additional 60 dollars. Plus 40 dollars for a processing fee and 79 dollars just to file the taxes. Probably not using turbo tax again

Easy and really helped me save

I had to purchase the deluxe version because of the forms I needed to file, but turbo tax really helped me save on my tax return so I am grateful to them for that. They also make the dreaded tax filing process simple, streamlined, and easy to understand.

The customer service person was great, the best thing about TurboTax, she is the reason they are getting a 3. the software had a major gitch, and the customer service person worked though the issue and helped get our daughters tax return filed. Software gets a 1 star.

Deceptive pricing practices

Pricing is deceiving. It doesn't tell me any where how much premium is going to be! Or why I am required to get it. It shows no price it only shows you the add-on price. We will be switching next year! We have been filing with Turbo for years and this will be the last year! Super disappointed! I even have screenshots in case anyone wants to see! Terrible! They nickel and dime you.

Fees are not upfront

It was very easy to use. However, it should of explained from the very beginning the upright fees. Such as filing fees, bank fees, combining federal and state tax filing together fee. the fees just kept coming but after doing the work I just felt like I had to agree.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
