Turbo tax is Terrible

I went to review my tax forms from a prior year and was asked why I wanted to view them. Why dose Turbo tax care. They’re my forms so let me view them. Also why is turbo tax starting to charge for everything. If I’m already paying for the service why do you want an extra $40 if i decide to use my refund to pay the taxes that I owe.
