TurboTax: Glitchy and frustrating, but it works

Better than last time, still need work on UI, a bit difficult to navigate through different sections. Several times through the process while trying to take pictures of documents, it would skip ahead in the process and not review what I had just photographed making it necessary to navigate back to previous sections.

I heard this experience was going to be free. I ended up paying $140. I could have went to my tax guy for at least $85. I don't know if I'll end up doing this again.

Yall took literally almost 200 dollars worth of my tax money for someone that’s filing by themselves. An additional processing fee just for them to deduct the money from MY own taxes, is just cruel.
