DONT DO IT! NOT FREE. EXPENSIVE!

I have been using turbo tax for about 3 years and it’s completely a scam. Yes they will file your taxes but they charge sooooo much. I had about 300 owed in taxes why am I paying 500 all together? Oh well, TurboTax charged me an extra 200 dollars just to file. I’m literally a single person filing with no kids and they can see I’m not rich why are u charging sooo much. I had to file my taxes late 2 times because I had to try to save money just to pay the turbo tax fees. This may be my last year filing with them because they are so greedy and money hungry. Highly Unsatisfied!

Abuse and Hidden Fees

I'll never use or recommend anyone use this software again. I have to pay you a $40.00 fee to pay $19 to the State of AL on top of what I had to pay to use the software. This is fraudulent. I am reporting you Turbo/Intuit Tax to the federal trade commission. This was advertised as free software but you have plenty of hidden fees and it is abuse.

Turbo Tax is so easy! It is awesome that it holds your information so that you don't have to fill it in every year! The photo upload is super helpful as well.
