You have a manipulative and sneaky way of getting us to pay for extra services we dont want. You are not clear with decline options. I just paid you $44 for something I dont want but could not continue without consenting to it. That is theft.

This is my 6th year using this service. Its always so easy to navigate and help is always available no matter what service I choose to use. I use the deluxe service and its always been the best choice for myself and for family members that have me help file their taxes.
