There was a problem with previous year's AGI being incorrect on 1040 form, which cost me a lot of time to get straightened out. After about four or five long sessions with support people I finally found one - a fellow named Carlos - who was able to get it fixed.

great, but expensively bloated

its a great service, but way too bloated with hidden fees and microtransactions. Will not be returning next year unless prices go back to being competitive with local services.
