call me old school, but this was my first time using the turbotax program from the internet. I usually purchase the disk and work on the program that way, but our new computer does not have a slot for a disk and I did not see a display in the stores selling your products. Things were different and I hope that I filled it out correctly.

TurboTax is very worth it

Explanations for everything make this so much easier. Also, req'd a call- spoke with Rep in 15 mins. Unfortunately, after agreeing to do a survey for the tax professional - the call dropped. Always have had a great experience anytime I've needed assistance.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby
