Dont use turbotax

Will not let me file with the free version and I had to upgrade to deluxe. Initially i filed with turbotax live and I had to cancel and redo my taxes again to chose the free version. (Turbotax live and the free version look exactly the same) After inputting all of my information again I got the same screen saying I cannot file for free and need to upgrade. I did my taxes twice and I lost quite a few hours and ended up with the same result of having to pay. I ended up having to pay $143 to turbotax. I hate turbotax and I will probably switch next year. I've only ever used turbotax and I chose to stick with it because I don't like change. Well, next year is time to make that change.
